What do you buy and where?

We prefer residential land in urban and suburban areas, infill lots, and land in areas where homes are nearby. We do have other investors who may able to purchase rural, agricultural and commercial land, but these properties generally take longer to close. We purchase in the entire state of Florida.

How do I know if land buying companies are legitimate?

Please do an online search and look at the reviews. Also, you should verify that these companies are licensed. Please see our Blog.

Do you pay market value for land?

Unlike other companies, we ask you for your price. After conducting research, we will let you know if we can match your price. Certain fees must be deducted before stating our price. We pay an amount that would generate a quick sale if it were listed on the market.

How long does it take to get my cash?

Most residential deals close within 2-4 weeks. Other types of land may take longer.
